We’re looking for experienced Personal Care Workers to pick up casual shifts across Residential Aged Care facilities across the Sunshine Coast and the surrounding region. You choose when and where you work, and we make sure you’re paid on time, every Thursday.

What you’ll do

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents
• Assist with daily living, including hygiene, mobility and meals
• Support residents’ independence, dignity and wellbeing
• Work closely with nurses and care staff
• Keep accurate care documentation in line with facility standards

What you’ll need

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a PCW in Residential Aged Care (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience and a genuine passion for caring for older Australians
• Valid working rights in Australia (sorry, we can’t offer sponsorship)
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations, including flu and COVID-19
